Let Us Stand Up to the Culture of Death for the Kingdom of God to Draw Near!

MY PRAYERFUL THOUGHTS ON THE ANNIVERSARY OR ROE v. WADE

ABORTION ON DEMAND – THE GREATEST HOLOCAUST IN THE HISTORY OF MANKIND

God gave men and women free will and we have chosen to be inauthentic about the conversation in this matter. We have framed the debate in this matter as PRO-LIFE versus PRO-CHOICE. The simple fact of the matter is that everyone I know is PRO-CHOICE and furthermore, I am eternally grateful to the mothers of those people I know for making the choice of LIFE! So I want to be clear that on the issue of abortion on demand we have two choices ; one being LIFE and the other being DEATH!

I know framing the debate in this manner is not nice and makes some people worry about their stand on this matter and whether it looks good or not.  I have to admit I would much rather be called PRO-CHOICE then PRO-DEATH! So I completely understand the opposition in this debate wanting to make their stand on this matter seem a lot nicer. But the reality of the matter is that it is death and it is an horrific one at that. Imagine the savagery of a procedure that shoves a sharp object usually scissor like in nature into the back of the unborn child’s skull destroying their brain, thus murdering them. Then their body is dismembered and the parts are removed from the mother’s womb into a basin, then the remains are put in a plastic bag and disposed of as medical waste. I openly challenge anyone to explain to me how that could be nice at all.

I go around all day long speaking to the dignity of the human person and allowing people to know themselves and the greatness they have been made to be. Standing for peace and love in the communities in an effort to bring comfort to those in anxiety and despair we establish the value of their lives as infinite in God’s eyes. Practices such as abortion on demand stand in stark contrast to that message and crushes the spirit of all mankind. If we say nothing about this practice which results in the murder of an innocent child, then our world is in great peril from the enemy within. For if that child is only as valuable as the medical waste label that is attached to them, then what can we say to keep another man from shooting to death a 19 year old college student because the man that killed him wanted his IPOD. I am told the value of that item was $40. Surely human life is worth more then that but as long as we diminish and destroy human life then none of our lives will ever have any value.

In the past I have tried to be nice on this subject due to the emotional response I get from those of an opposing view. But in recent years when I saw the number of children murdered by this evil practice cross the 50,000,000 threshold, I knew that I had been nice about this for far too long and I have no intentions of ever doing so again.

ABORTION IS NOT NICE AND ITS TIME WE STOP TRYING TO BE NICE ABOUT IT!

I believe that life begins with the divine spark as a man and woman join God in the co-creation of a miraculous child. And you will never get me to believe otherwise. Many people have given it their best shot and have described this miraculous unborn child as a clump of cells, fetus, parasitic growth and even a tumor. But I know that Truth comes from God and can be found in His word and He tells Jeremiah, ‘I knew you in the womb.’ David goes on to acknowledge in the Psalms that ‘You knit me in my mother’s womb.” So, if the pro-death advocates are accurate in their description of this child as something of no value, then who was there to know in the womb of Jeremiah’s mother.

WE MUST TRANSFORM THE CULTURE OF DEATH TO A CULTURE OF LIFE AND LOVE IF THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS TO DRAW NEAR!
